Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 13, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Flagship Campaigns LLC (“Flagship,” “we,” “us”) collects information you voluntarily provide through our inquiry forms, including your name, email address, organization name, and campaign details. When you access the Flagship platform as an approved client, we may also collect account credentials, usage analytics, and campaign performance data.

2. Voter File Data & SHA-256 Hashing

Our Audience Lab feature allows clients to upload voter file data for audience matching and targeting. All personally identifiable information (PII) within uploaded voter files — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth — is irreversibly hashed using the SHA-256 cryptographic algorithm before transmission. Flagship never stores raw, unhashed PII from voter files on our servers.

SHA-256 hashing is a one-way function: once data is hashed, it cannot be reversed to recover the original values. This ensures voter privacy is maintained throughout the matching and targeting process.

3. 30-Day Data Destruction Policy

All uploaded voter file data — including hashed records, match results, and derived audience segments — is automatically and permanently destroyed within 30 calendar days of upload. This applies to all storage systems, backups, and processing caches. No voter file data is retained beyond this window under any circumstances.

Clients may request immediate destruction of their uploaded data at any time by contacting us at info@flagshipcampaigns.com.
